Due to the nature of digital products, including downloadable journals, prompt collections, PDFs, templates, audio content, and online materials, all sales are final.

Once a digital product has been delivered or accessed, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

2. Physical Products

We offer refunds or replacements for physical merchandise only under the following circumstances:

Coaching sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
